This is a delicious cream spread based on wild Boletus Edulis (also called a penny bun mushroom or Funghi Porcini) to which we have added the delicious aromatic touch of the truffle. It has a creamy texture and the full Boletus flavor; ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to all kinds of dishes.

Ingredients: Funghi Porcini (Boletus edulis) (50%), Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes), meat broth, vegetable oil (olive), onions, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt and truffle (Tuber melanosporum) (0,1%) and Ascorbic acid to promote colour retention. Contains: Milk. 

Serving suggestions

Perfect for spreading directly on toast or to accompany meat, fish or vegetables. It can be placed on the side of a dish or directly spread over the meat, fish or grilled/steamed vegetables. A touch also goes very well with meat paellas/fideuás, rice or risottos.
Ideal for spreading on toast-based tapas or skewers and combines with numerous ingredients such as veal or pork sirloin, artichoke, foie gras, duck magret, poultry (chicken and turkey, for example), salmon or trout salmon and wild asparagus.
You should consume it at room temperature although it can also be served warm.
