Ingredients: Fish and shellfish broth (water and in variable proportion of Norway lobster, shrimps, Pink shrimps and sea eel), (60%), tomato, onion, carrot, vegetable oil (sunflower), leek, rice, armagnac, cream, butter, salt and to promote color retention:asc oerbic acid and disodium EDTA.

A totally natural product based on white asparagus and vegetables. It is not a condensed cream, but ready to be eaten although its intense taste may be diluted with milk, cream or fish broth if desired. The best way to enjoy it is to empty the content into a saucepan and heat over a low gas although it can also be heated for two minutes in the microwave. It can be served with cream traces, pieces of cooked and peeled shellfish, river crayfish, croutons, cockles, etc. It can even be used as a basis for rice dishes. You can also try cold: shellfish gazpacho!
