We use thermal mailers filled with cold packs to ensure the cheese arrives fresh at your destination.

Ingredients: 100% Pasteurized Manchega Sheep's Milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures, calcium Chloride, Ntamycin and Potassium sorbate Applied to the non-edible rind. Rind colotings: caramel.
Remember to keep it in refrigerator for longer conservation. Wrap it in plastic film or use a cloth soaked in olive oil to cover it, as the traditional way.
