Ingredients: Cocoa powder, whole brown cane sugar, dextrose, cornstarch, xantana gum (xanthan and maltodextrin), vanilla and cinnamon. COCOA: 40% minimum. GLUTEN FREE. LACTOSE FREE.

Put 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder in a cup or bowl and add 150 ml. of hot milk (no need to boil). Stir vigorously, until you get a creamy and velvety chocolate.

Store below 20C (68F).
