Where an order is canceled after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method in accordance with the “Refunds” section below. This policy is applied consistently and is not based on any protected characteristic.
Perishable Products; Delivery Responsibilities; Risk of Loss

Claims, Replacements, and Store Credit (Shipping-Related Issues)

We may, in our discretion and consistent with our published policies, offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
We do not guarantee outcomes for issues caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failure to retrieve a delivered package promptly—particularly for perishable items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after approval by LE GOURMET CENTRAL and will be processed to the original payment method unless we determine that store credit or a replacement is the appropriate remedy under our published policies.
Refund eligibility is determined solely in accordance with our published Shipping, Return, and Guarantee policies.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
High-Risk Transactions; Verification

By consenting to LE GOURMET CENTRAL’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of LE GOURMET CENTRAL through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with LE GOURMET CENTRAL. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
