These ready-to-eat Caviaroli drops are spherifications of olive juice that bursts when you bite them, releasing all the juice from the inside. Almond shaped and with a maximum diameter of approximately 20 mm in diameter, they have an intense black color and a denser texture than green spherical olive. Features that make it look a lot like a real black olive.

Unopened,“CAVIAROLI Drops by Albert Adrià” should be stored in cool and dry places away from light, heat and strong odors sources. The ideal temperature range is +42ºF to + 78.8ºF. Once opened keep refrigerated without reaching temperatures below 35ºF and consume in 7 days time.
Salads with pickles, roasted chiken, with mayo and sauces, on its own as an appetizer, with citrics. They can be served on appetizers and tasting spoons, or even on a regular tea spoon.
