The cheese is very creamy and in the end it leaves you with a very pleasant and characteristic aftertaste that makes it unmistakable. Naturally smoked with beech and oak wood, it gives it a slight smoky touch. The bark takes on an orange color.

Use & Care
Storage at a temperature lower than 10ºC/50F. For optimal preservation, it is recommended to put the cheese together with a piece of bread in a closed container inside the refrigerator. In this way, we contribute to extending its conservation period. To fully enjoy the qualities of aroma, texture and flavor, leave a wedge of cheese at room temperature for as long as necessary for it to reach a temperature close to 21ºC/69.8F.
