Cured cheese made from raw sheep's milk. Creamy texture, thanks to the bark of natural molds that protect it. The cheese is very creamy and in the end it leaves you with a very pleasant and characteristic aftertaste that makes it unmistakable. Naturally smoked with beech and oak wood, it gives it a slight smoky touch. The bark takes on an orange color.

Use & Care
Storage at a temperature lower than 10ºC/50F. For optimal preservation, it is recommended to put the cheese together with a piece of bread in a closed container inside the refrigerator. In this way, we contribute to extending its conservation period. To fully enjoy the qualities of aroma, texture and flavor, leave a wedge of cheese at room temperature for as long as necessary for it to reach a temperature close to 21ºC/69.8F.
