The raisins come from Turkey, where grapes are hand-picked, sun-dried, and selected for their plumpness and color. The lemons and candied oranges are always Italian, chosen for their perfume and flavor. The orange peel is candied lightly to preserve the fruit's essential oils. Candied citron from South America adds a special touch, as its limited supply makes it a valuable ingredient. This careful artisanal process creates a panettone with an authentically delicious taste for true connoisseurs.
