The Backstory: Chris Wilfred Hughes is an engineer and inventor who used to design Japanese speed trains. But a passion for cocktails (and frustration with uninspired and sugary non-alcoholic options) led him on a journey to make the perfect non-alcoholic spritz. He spent two years experimenting with over 100 recipes before he landed on what is now Wilfred’s.
