ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

If you are missing a product from your order, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If the product is defective or broken, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return, we will send you replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Please contact at [email protected] and we will provide you with the return address. Shipping cost will be at our own expense.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. To cancel your order, please send us an email to [email protected].

A restocking fee of 20% order value will be deducted for any order canceled after shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDer

You will receive emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress by simply logging into your account here. You can also shoot us an email to [email protected], and we will be happy to provide tracking information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

All items purchased from legourmetcentral.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Do you ship to PO Box?

It depends. Currently we can only ship to very limited number of PO Box addresses, depending on package size and distance. To ensure optimal delivery, please do not add a PO Box for perishable items.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

No, at this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time, we ship to the contiguous 48 states, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, using the most accurate method and are determined by the perishability of the product/s in your order. We do not charge a handling or box extra-charge on any order.

Orders of $79 or more of non-perishable foods are temporarily eligible for free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PERISHABLE PRODUCTS?

Perishable items such as cheese or ham requires cold packing and fast shipping to ensure to arrive in perfect condition.
To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 11AM PT / 2PM ET on Tuesday with 2-Day shipping, will ship on Monday of the following week.

A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE SAYS PRE-ORDER. CAN I BUY IT? 

If a product on the website is tagged as Pre Order, you absolutely can buy it. As soon as the product becomes available, it will be shipped to you!

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock, you may add your email address and we will notify you as soon as the product becomes available.

can i return a food item?

We offer up to 72 hours from the date you receive the order to inspect your food items. If we sent you a wrong item, a product is missing or the item is defective, we’ll send you a new one immediately. We’ll pay for the shipping cost.

- For any other returns, the returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us here if you need to return a product. Shipping cost will be at your own expense.

- Food Gift boxes: if for any reason, you are or the recipient is not fully satisfied with the gift box, please send us an email at here within 72 hours of receipt, we will re-ship/replace your order, or provide store credit. The returned gift box must be unused and in its original packaging. We'll pay for the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept any food returns after 72 hours from delivery date.

I want to return a non-food item, what's the return policy?

We offer 30 day return policy from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund, credit store or replacement.
- If the product is defective or broken, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return, we will send you replacement of the same product at no additional cost. 
- If a product is missing, we will send you the product at no additional cost. 

We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

When can I expect my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund (5 to 10 business days).
