Made with Selezione Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil featuring Moresca, Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla, and Nocellara olives, harvested in south-eastern Sicily at an altitude of 200-400 meters, from young olive groves near the sea.
Lemon is blended with gourmet olive oil for a full-bodied flavor with a very balanced bitterness and spice. The aroma and flavor of lemon are a medium fruitiness, while the flavored olive oil appears yellow with shades of green.
Lemon-Infused Oil is ideal for sweet and sour desserts and salads. This citrus olive oil is excellent on neutral-based ice cream or in any Mediterranean cuisine.
