- Nobleza del Sur Organic Night- 500 ml: Produced from a selected blend of extra virgin olive oils from olives harvested on the private family estate of Nobleza del Sur, this fruity, sweet and harmonious oil exhibits complex aromas reminiscent of the many different plants coexisting in their olive groves.
- Nobleza del Sur Organic Day - 500ml: Made from 100% Picual olives harvested and bottled on the private family estate of Nobleza del Sur, this fruity, green, herbaceous oil has aromas of banana and apple peel, with a fresh taste, slight bitterness, and moderately spicy finish. This oil forms an excellent pairing with a variety of meats, seafood, and hard cheeses. It also works nicely both in sauce preparations and for finishing desserts like chocolate ice cream.
