Serving suggestions
Simmering it produces a great base for any type of meat or fish stew. It can be eaten as is, or you can add diced ham, bacon, sausage, or poach 1 or 2 eggs in the ratatouille with heating it up in a frying pan. Refrigerate after opening and consume it before 3 days.
