We are based in Miami, South Florida.

DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN USA?

Yes, at this time we ship to the United States of America, Canada, The Bahamas, Mexico, Aruba, most of the Caribbean islands, Peru and Brazil.

DO YOU HAVE ANY BRICK AND MORTAR STORES?

At this time, we do not have any physic retail stores open to the public. Our building’s location is an office and a shipping warehouse.

HOW SHIPPING IS CALCULATED?

For US 48:

Non-perishables: We offer a flat rate of $12.90 for orders <$89. Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping.

Perishables: We offer a flat rate of $19.90 on perishables, except spreadable sausages, and caviar that need overnight shipping.

Florida residents: We offer an exclusive flat rate of $9.99 with 1-Day delivery.

Puerto Rico & US Territories: We offer a flat rate of $25.90.

Hawaii & Alaska : We offer a flat rate of $29.90.

International shipping: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size, destination and chosen shipping rate, and are calculated using the most affordable method calculation.

We do not charge a handling or box extra-charge on any order.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU SHIP THROUGH?

We ship through UPS, Fedex and USPS. 

WILL MY PERISHABLES SURVIVE TRANSIT?

We pack our boxes with freeze gel packs to keep cold the inside of the insulated container.
We schedule your shipment to avoid weekend transit, so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in an unrefrigerated warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO AND OTHER MILITARY LOCATIONS?

Yes. We do ship to APO addresses through US Priority Mail.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?

To redeem a gift certificate follow the simple steps below: You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.

  1. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
  2. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
  3. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.

HOW DO YOU SHIP CHOCOLATE?

We include gel packs at our discretion on orders that may require them.
