SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TIME
We usually ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please consider this turnaround time when placing your order. If you need it to arrive by a specific day, please write this in the notes or contact us.
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex and USPS. That means that in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep within two to seven business days after receiving your order. This allows the time it takes for us to hand craft your order, and ship it from our warehouse via the shipping service established.
Weekends and holidays are not business days and cannot be used to estimate the arrival date. Ground shipping is NOT guaranteed for a certain date, therefore, there will be no refunds for early or late arrivals. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to third parties or carriers. Orders are usually processed within two business days after we receive them.
Available shipping options are determined by the perishability of the product/s in your order, and it's calculated at checkout. Perishable foods require 1-2 day shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note that in order to avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 11AM PT / 2PM ET on Tuesday with 2-Day shipping, will ship on Monday of the following week.
Non-perishable items are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. You are welcome to upgrade to expedite shipping at checkout.

Combined items of both non-perishable and perishable items will be shipped with 1/2-day shipping to ensure this arrived in perfect condition. to destination.
Note: Ground shipping does not guarantee the date of delivery. Therefore, there are no refunds or claims possible for late arrivals. If you require your order to arrive on a specific date, we suggest you choose the Next Day Air method and then pick the delivery date you prefer.

Shipping costs vary depending on the products perishability, weight and size, destination and chosen shipping rate:
- Orders with non-perishables (dry goods):
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $12.90
- Orders with perishable items (charcuterie, squid ink, cheese, etc...):
2-Day shipping is required in order to meet top quality standard. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $19.90.
- Orders with caviar & sobrasada (spreadable chorizo):
Overnight shipping is required in order to meet top quality standard. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with most affordable method.

We offer a flat rate of $26.90 with USPS Priority, including perishables and non-perishables.
- Alaska & Hawaii -
We offer a flat rate of $29.90 with USPS Priority, including perishables and non-perishables.
We offer an exclusive flat rate of $9.99 with USPS Priority / UPS Ground 1-day
International (Canada, Mexico)
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS and Fedex International Ground.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size, destination and chosen shipping rate, and are calculated using the most affordable method calculation.
You're welcome to upgrade your shipping using expedite shipping at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- We do not charge a handling or box extra-charge on any order.
- If you need to receive your order before the regular delivery term or want to add "Signature Confirmation", please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer you the best custom solution.
- We reserve the right to make changes to the shipping fees at any time. In the event an adjustment is necessary, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping the package or making any changes.
ADDRESS ISSUES, MISSED/REFUSED DELIVERIES, OTHER DELIVERY ISSUES:
We ship your order to the address that you provide us. It is the customer's responsibility to specify both correct and complete information. Should the address be incomplete or incorrect, your shipment may be delayed, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. The determination of the delivery driver as to the deliverability of a package shall be final. We will not have any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided.
It is also the customer's responsibility to make himself available to receive a shipment with signature confirmation required. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the shipment, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges if returned to us.
In the event that you do not receive a shipment, you must notify us within five (7) days of the scheduled delivery. Failure to do so compromises our ability to locate the missing package, and as a result claims for a lost package reported after this period will not be honored.
We will not be responsible for any lost package marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we will investigate the issue and do our best to locate your package. If this happens, we will open a claim with the carrier and issue a refund only if the carrier grants the claim. This claim process usually takes around 3 weeks.
