- 700g of rump steak (one onepiece)
- 3 tbsp. Moutarde Royale® auCognac Pommery®
- 150g of whipping cream
- 30g of butter
- Salt & pepper
Heat the cream and add in Moutarde Royale® au Cognac Pommery® and seasonings.
On a grill or in a pan, cook the rump steak. Cook to desired doneness, preferably rare to medium rare
Cut the meat against the grain into thick slices.
Spoon sauce over the meat generously.
