Real Conservera Española little wild mackerels are caught in the Atlantic Ocean, and then carefully picked and prepared. The olive oil is then added to preserve the mackerels and the evo's taste.
Small mackerels are a tough product to obtain since they are caught inshore on the Atlantic coast. During the March and June promotion, Real Conservera purchases the goods in Galician marketplaces.
