Sal de Ibiza Granito with Mediterranean herbs is made entirely by hand—from harvesting the sea salt in the protected Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa to sun-drying and grinding it—then blended with a generous mix of classic Mediterranean herbs.
- How it’s made: 100% natural sea salt is carefully extracted in the nature reserve “Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa” (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, with nearly 2,800 years of salt cultivation), sun-dried, then ground into Granito and blended with herbs
- What’s in it: Sea salt (approx. 60%), mixed herbs (approx. 40%): basil, oregano, rosemary. No bleaching agents, no additives
- How it tastes: Clean mineral salinity up front, then a bright, savory herb finish (basil-led with rosemary depth and oregano lift)
