SAL de IBIZA Granito blended with a generous amount of Mediterranean herbs, such as basil, rosemary and oregano. Refines grilled meat and goes excellently with fresh salads, summery antipasti or light pasta dishes. Sea salt (approx. 60%), mixed herbs (approx. 40%): basil, oregano and rosemary.
The basis for this high aromatic blend is, as always, our Granito sea salt. Granito is a 100% natural sea salt, untreated and only dried in the sun and then grinded. It does not contain any anticaking or bleaching agents or any other additives. Granito is rich in natural minerals and microelements due to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", where SAL de IBIZA is harvested. After almost 2.800 years of almost continuous cultivation, these salines were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
