Serving suggestions
Ready-cooked snails. Drain the content of the tin. Put the snails in the shells. Stuff with a snail butter. Heat ib medium light (240F) in over and serve hot.
Snail butter
Work together: 200g of butter, 15g of minced parsley, a clove of garlic, and half a clove of a shallot, salt, pepper.
