El Capricho Salmuria or liquid umami, is an innovative and popular condiment in hauté cuisine. Amber liquid produced by a traditional anchovy maturation technique using only salt. It is used to prepare, convert, and marinade various dishes using vegetables, shellfish, eggs, fish, meat, and other ingredients, imparting a natural and pleasant sea flavor while also adjusting textures and generating a smoother sensation.
