Our wood-fired vegan broth is an exquisite stock that we prepare by sautéing half kilo of fresh vegetables to the maximum to extract all their flavor. Then, we add water and maintain a slow cooking so that the aroma of wood permeates the broth for 90 minutes. Finally, we let it rest for 30 minutes with the last embers of firewood, thus achieving the unmistakable smokiness of wood-fired combustion. The wood-fired vegan broth is presented in a 1 liter can with a recycled plastic lid for its correct preservation. An ideal format so that 3/4 diners can enjoy the unique touch of firewood in rice dishes, paellas, fideuàs, rice dishes, stews or suquets.
El Paeller elaborations do not incorporate preservatives, additives, aromas or any ingredient not found in the Mediterranean pantry. In addition, the broth of El Paeller is only pure broth, without concentrates, nor any other industrial process more than the packaging that allows to enjoy this elaboration to firewood up to 24 months of preferential consumption.
Ingredients: water, carrot, leek, smooth cabage, turnip, extra virgin olive oil, salmorreta(extra virgin olive oil, natural tomato, dried garlic and sweet paprika), salt, parsley, rosemary infused. All the ingredients are Spanish and km 0, mainly from the Valencian Community.
CONSERVATION: In a cool, dry place at room temperature, El Paeller broths have a best before date of 24 months. Once opened, it can be kept in the same container using the recycled plastic lids included in the cans, in the fridge (+4ºC) for a maximum of 3 days and in the freezer (-18ºC) for a maximum of 1 month.
