Description

Crafted by Martin-Pouret, one of the last artisan vinegar and mustard houses in France, this is the original Orléans mustard recipe the house has produced since 1797.

Made by steeping mustard seeds from the Loire Valley in Orléans vinegar aged over a year in oak barrels, then slowly stone-grinding them with Guérande salt, it yields a creamy, full-bodied texture and a bold yet refined flavor distinct from common mustards.
